Kayla Mennenga, PhD, LMFT

Dr. Kayla Mennenga, originally from Waco, Texas, received her Masters degree from Abilene Christian University and her Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University, both in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). She is currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Utah. She has focused her research, training, and clinical practice on emotion regulation and the relationship between the physiology of the body and relationships and is interested in the impact of exercise and sleep as an avenue of change. She helps individuals, couples, and families navigate connection, change, and life situations increasing the ability for individuals to connect on a more holistic level as the ability to emotionally regulate more effectively increases. Kayla is an avid CrossFit goer and loves spending time in the mountains and staying active.
